You get the silver surfboard on the surfboard page in the sports shop. Click on the penguin then click on the starfish and the seashell then the board will appear. What I noticed was that it goes faster than the yellow striped one and it is harder to control. You can do amazing flips on it. Once I earned 107 coins from doing one flip on it!
